Inaugural column June 21, 2000

Hello to Everyone and welcome to WOW, the first official column of the Lone Wolf Andy Anderson. I must warn you all.... all 5 of you reading.... that this is new territory for me so cut me some slack!!!! Seriously, this is new to me so if anyone has ideas for columns or questions to ask, please forward them to Luis Roque, the overseer of this site and slavemaster of this column. I do hope to do this on a regular basis, which for now means every week or biweekly. I'll try to cover different areas of my life, which actually means a lot of wrestling, I mean A LOT of wrestling.

For those who went to the IWA/WWF Hot Summer Night show June 16 in Aquas Buenas, thank you for coming out and I sincerly hope you enjoyed the show. Everybody worked extremely hard and I think it was a better show then our last IWA/WWF show One Night Only. Unfortunately, Club WWF, consisting of Steve Bradley, Natasha and myself lost our prized IWA Tag Team Titles, but have no fear, we won them back the next night in Humacao. How long will we hold them this time? Who knows. Only time... and the bookers will tell!!!

This past Sunday, since the IWA was off, Natasha, Fidel, Pain, Shane, his girlfriend and yours truly went to see "Road Trip". This was one seriously funny movie and I highly recommend it. That's another thing I enjoy, movies. I've seen a lot and always try to keep up so don't be surprised to see other recommendations and plans for future viewings.

WCW..... well, it's there.

WWF: Riding the wave right now. Can they reallly do much wrong? Everything is going well, and I'm extremely happy to see guys like Benoit (especially Benoit), Jericho, Malenko, Edge and Christian and so many of the younger talented guys getting the exposure and the push I believe they deserve.

Back to IWA material, any feedback you want to give me on me, especially on me (good or bad, I don't care, I love to get feedback on interviews, matches, anything, it's how I learn!), the IWA, it's shows, wrestlers, whatever, please let me know. Seriously. We have a busy week this week as we are in Rio Grande Thursday, Jayuya on Friday, Bayamon on Saturday and Mayaguez on Sunday. Are we all over the island this week or what? Of course, don't forget our TV shows, Impacto Total on Saturday and Zona Caliente on Sundays. Both shows are on at 1:00 in the afternoon on Telemundo.

Well, I guess that's all for the inaugural column, keeping it rather short to introduce myself to you and to get a feel for this. I do hope it works and everyone enjoys reading it. If you do like the column, please let Luis and I, and all your friends know. If you don't like it, tell Luis and me but don't tell anyone else, ok? Take care and I'll talk to you again soon.
